Installation Process
The AQUIS CPR System is installed only by highly trained and experienced AQUIS Technicians, not third-party subcontractors. With thousands of successful installations nationwide, AQUIS Technicians are the foremost experts in the air handler refurbishment industry.

Process Overview
Step 1:
Remove non-compliant coatings and debris. Clean and dry air handler.
Step 2:
Remove loose corrosion. Reinforce corroded steel and patch holes.
Step 3:
Mix Engineered Epoxy and apply to surface.
Step 4:
Shape and smooth Engineered Epoxy to seal surface and ensure proper pitch.
Step 5:
Apply Advanced Fire Barrier over Engineered Epoxy for NFPA 90A compliance.
Step 6:
Apply waterproof antimicrobial topcoat to provide long-lasting performance.
