AQUIS, the national leader in air handler renewal, is seeking a savvy and forward-thinking Marketing Manager for its Orlando, FL, headquarters.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing and will embrace our internal Sales & Marketing Team’s culture of fostering and encouraging excitement, success, a sense of urgency and accountability.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with demonstrated success as a key contributor to high-performing organizations. Ideally, this role is best suited for someone with 4-6 years of broad Marketing experience who can manage multiple projects and a variety of marketing responsibilities.

Core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

  • Author, design, and execute email marketing communications to customers, as well as disseminate incoming leads to Sales Team members that result from these efforts.
  • Manage all facets of industry trade shows, both regionally and nationally, where AQUIS is an exhibitor. (i.e., manage trade show schedules, coordinate internally and externally to secure trade show booths and booth needs, and occasional travel to and from trade shows may be required.)
  • Manage post-project customer surveys using SurveyMonkey, and inform internal stakeholders when responses are received.
  • Monitor AQUIS social media and online advertising initiatives while working in collaboration with senior leadership on ways to best accomplish these objectives. This includes but is not limited to strategic management of YouTube advertising, leveraging video for lead generation, and social media remarketing.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of both Google Analytics and Google Ads is strongly preferred, along with the ability to analyze website traffic, provide monthly reports, and develop and implement strategies for driving new visitors to AQUIS website utilizing knowledge of SEO, keyword search, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Assist with developing new collateral materials to highlight various business segments.
  • Website content management and SEO Optimization (i.e., website updates and edits) utilizing WordPress.
  • Assist Sales Team by overseeing the replenishment, coordination, and dissemination of both internal and customer-facing marketing materials (i.e., binders, folders, collateral materials, business cards) needed by Sales Team members out in the field.
  • Contribute, collaborate, and liaise with senior leadership on tactical and strategic marketing approaches to maximize sales leads and customer engagement.
  • Strong vendor relationship management skills (i.e., creative design partners, video developers, etc.), and ability to select new partners where and when appropriate.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong writing skills are a must (writing sample will be required).
  • Solid technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and broad experience using multiple applications such as WordPress, Google Ads & Analytics, Robly (email marketing), SurveyMonkey, and creative design platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and more.
  • Experience with B2B-focused sales and marketing environments highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Sales-minded mentality with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, adapt quickly and be proactive.
  • Professional maturity, team-player attitude, initiative taker, and able to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
  • Solid follow-through skills and able to take direction with minimal supervision.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Solid work ethic and a can-do, positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of and experience in HVAC or similar trades focused on B2B solution marketing a major plus.

Salary commensurate with experience. Target salary range for this position is $70-80k.
