AQUIS – PRIVACY STATEMENT
SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you do business with AQUIS, as part of the buying and selling process we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and phone number.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: We may also send you emails about our company, its solutions, and related information or updates. You may unsubscribe at any time from any AQUIS email marketing lists containing your contact information where no longer wish to be contacted.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so, or if you violate any contractual Terms of Service that we might have with you and/or your organization.

AQUIS shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any violation of said service provider or vendor’s privacy policies.
